How do I make a reservation?A deposit of 30,000 KRW per person is required. The remaining balance can be paid on-site. You may reschedule once, up to 3 days before the appointment.

Why is the pricing shown in USD on the website?Since we support international payments, our prices are displayed in USD by default. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I pay with PayPal even if I don't have a PayPal account?Yes! You can still make a payment without a PayPal account by selecting the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option on the PayPal checkout page.

What happens if I'm late for my appointment?If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may not be possible or another artist may take over your appointment. Please be on time.

Can I cleanse my face at the studio?Yes, cleansing is available. Please let us know in advance if you need it.

Is interpretation service available during the makeup lesson?Yes, interpretation service can be added upon request. Please note that an additional fee of 50,000 KRW per hour may apply.
